drooling doggy

I went home for winter break, and was able to make my birthday cake! French vanilla cake, dark chocolate fudge frosting, and a raspberry center! Delicious! Molly got in on the cake action, see the drool coming from her mouth.

We let her lick out the frosting container. The cake was not made from scratch, but it was very good.

She's so goofy, and I love her.

Progress on the scarves: the Husker scarf is about 18" long, and looks great, and I started over on the blue one, because I wasn't happy with it. That scarf is going to a friend, so I want it to look the best!
Spring break is in 17 days! I'm pretty excited for more than a few days off.

This campus is lacking some serious color.
Someone needs to rescue me from winter.

On the bright side (!), one week until my birthday! I'm very excited! Friends and I are going out for supper, which should be fun.
(And I might possibly invite him. We shall see.)

Anyone else reference themselves in either third person or in the plural? I do, often.
